The following topic should be discussed in the same order:

Introduction of all the participant
Participant initially thought after knowing their child illness
Process of choosing the hospital own familiarity, friends recommendation, own research, etc
Experience during admission procedure
Doctors and other nursing staff availability and their behavior
Availability of various latest medical device
Weighing point 4,5 and 6 in terms of how important each factor was during that period
b. The following are the pre tasking exercise which might be relevant:

Making sure all the selected participant are able to make it to the venue
Clearly communicating their expectation to the participants
The choice of location should be comfortable, should be in circle seating arrangement and recording device should be available
c. The following exercise can be use during the discussion

Ice breaker session at the beginning
Filler session if the participant finds the discussion non engaging
2. The following are the pros and cons for the telephonic survey

Pros:

Can reach more participant quickly and at a less cost
Selection criteria is more refined as the profile of the responded is mostly known
Have more responses rate compare to internet and sms surveys
Cons:

Not suited for complicated question ideal only for yes or no type of question
Participants aversions of tele marketer might restrict the number of responded
More expensive and time consuming then internet surveys.
