Niccolo Machiavelli was an Italian political theorist,civil servant,philospher,playwright,humanist,poet etc.His full name was Niccolo di bernardo dei machiavelli .He is also known as father of political science.His father was a poor lawyer,his father has a library in which Niccolo studied for many hours.

In Florence,Italy he begins his political career which lead him to write an important books in history.

He had the great influence on the Reformation,even he was not a artist or religious leader.He got an important position in the government of Florence at the age of 29.For recapturing the rebellious town of Pisa,he established the Florentine militia.With his greatest skills,he marked as great writer on history.He lost his political influence when the leadership of Florence changed,even he gain power in Florence.In his famous book Prince,he wrote about how politics actually works, even today also many political thinkers are studying it.In the Prince,he wrote about political reality than theory which makes it an important historical work and made him an important historical figure of the Reformation. Many people argued that Martin Luther's and etc are better than Machiavelli,but Luther's historical influence does not match or reach Machiavelli.Luther's influence was become less and less influential in the political operation of the modern world.The Prince still influences the political operation of the modern world.He was a great thinker and is not afraid to make his ideas in to reality.Even today also people are following his Prince.
