Strategy :
1. Choosing a changeover method : The equal changeover may appear to be the most un-unsafe on the grounds that it permits the new framework to substantiate itself against the old, however equal changeovers should just be done in divisions with enough staffing help to deal with the period where work is multiplied by the new framework. 2.Design and Plan:Implementing a new system also presents the opportunity to revise some old, possibly outdated, coding and analysis systems in the light of the new system’s capabilities in order to gain maximum benefit from it.
3.Plan the implemetation of the system : Choose a way how the system will be implemented and how the older system will be directed out of the operation.
4. Trainining : Train the employees for the new system and make the learn about the feature , fucntionality and limitation of the new system.
