2. Evaluation criteria
that may be used in this review
- Review existing documents : Project outcomes and their
performance measuresNote may have already been defined in project
documents such as business case report, project brief and funding

documents to see if suitable and adequate performance measures are
already in place
- Develop performance measures : The performance measures must be
developed by keeping in mind the requirements of end users,
conseidering success ratios of similar projects, strategies
followed by them, etc
- Design data collection approach : Data on performance measures
may be located in readily available sources, e.g. performance
reports, or need to be collected from other sources.
3. factors that the post
implementation review considers are:
- Determine the satisfaction of stakeholders.
whether all the requirements of end users have been met and the
sponsors are satisfied with the results.
- Determine the project's costs and benefits:
For a project to be succesful it is very important that the benfits
exceeds the costs for which is is extremely important to consider a
cost benefit analysis.
- Identify areas for further development:
Another factor that needs to be considered is if there are any
scope of further improvements and whether more training of staff is
required and planning the future of the project thereafter
