Magnesium camera is a device which is used to shot the position of an object. They are generally manufactured by using a die casting procedure in which molten metal under high pressure is forced into the metal die of desired shape. Manufacturing of a magnesium camera involves the process of die casting in which the number of product inclusions or geometrical parameters like material, geometric detail etc. can be easily obtained. However all the features cannot be achieved with the casting process, certain features like film advance lever are machined, and some polishing or grinding operations are used for the periphery outlook of the product. The mould used in the die casting may be made of metal like cast iron or it may be made of sand particles. The moulds which are made of metals are permanent mould and provide better accuracy as compare to the mould made of sand particles.
