There are food items withoiut any additives can also cause food allergies. It depends up on the persons immune status also.Hence this option can be selected. Certain vegetarian diets may be low in some vitamins and minerals. That is true. Antioxidants react with free radicals. Anti oxidants will always reacts directly to the free radicles.There are different types of  fiber. Some of them are soluble( present in rice, oats etc) and some of them are insoluble (present in nuts). Hence all these options can be excluded.
