q.no 1 . Evaluation of assignments are very important as it shows how much the person has learn and how it impacted him.In the case of RN, he should go for some alternatives which can help him in grading and judging the assignments. As we can see that there is no pair or more whose assignments matched 75% or more ,and there are only 2 assignment reports whose words are similar around 50%-74%. So, probably there are chances of accidental matching of words as they have been doing assignments around the same topic. In this case, RN can go for some alternatives to evaluate the assignments. The use of concise, difficult or staightforward language or the grammatical errors can be an way to asses the assignments or the graphic presentation can be taken into consideration. If possible conduction of Viva-Voce could also help. Just look for clear beginning , middle and end of the assignment. The overall presentation matters a lot. So, as it is a take home assignment and they have been given specific time duration to complete the assignment thus judgement/evaluation must be made by the efforts of the students rather than only looking similarity. The different minds can have same idea. So, after knowing the alternatives let's know the criteria for evaluating alternatives.

qno. 2. RN must have a look on the language and grammar of the assignments . There is no need to go thoroughly . The introduction part of an assignment is enough to show the language and grammar used in the entire assignment. An another important thing that can be done is looking at the graphic or pictoral representation. The running write could not make us understand better which the use of pictures, drawings, maps can do. So, it is very important as it shows how much one has made effort to be creative enough and given the time into the assignment. The other thing which can be taken into consideration is the topics and sub-topics a person has tried to build. The person who has raised more sub-topics under a topic that means he has researched more on the topic and is able to provide more categories or divisions under the topic. The another thing could be the length. If someone has made an assignment of 50 pages and someone else has made of 150, that means the later has given much more time to the assignment. So, these are the criteria to learn the wriiten evaluation but the another thing can also be done to evaluate, i.e, orally or verbally. People can be assesed in terms of how they are speaking and what they have learnt while doing the assignment. So, viva can be conducted to evaluate so that the false assumption of one might have cheated the other's assignment will get vanished.
