APA format for students'paper

•Title page

* Should include : Title

Author's name

Affiliation

Course

Instructors name

Due date

*Title should be in bold ,centered and catchy.It should be 3-4 lines from above.It should depict the main idea of the content of the paper.

*Remaining text in the title paper should be centered,double spaced and plain.(preferably Times New Roman and size 12)

*Should not use titles in the author's name.

* Page number is needed 1/2 inch below from top on right hand side.

* Running head is needed mainly in professional papers.it include Title and page number.

*Prepare outlines first.

*Abstract mainly in professional papers should contain running head ,summary paragraph( donot indent,150- 200 words)

*All abbreviations and acronyms used in the paper should be described here.

• Body of the paper

*Right top page number in all pages.

*Title centerd,bold and not underlined or italicized.

*Begin with introduction and all paragraph intended.

* All graphics ie,tables, pictures etc should be numbered.Its heading should italicized and from left margin.

*Reference page should be included.
