He delivers the best results due to his professional approach and gains the required skills and expertise which is helpful in delivering the best results.
There are no disadvantages being a professional but at certain occasions, the emotional touch is also required in order to be successful. A person cannot be professional all the time and has to ad humanitarian touch also to deliver the best results.
