Although, our ancestors had a lot of germs in the body, they actually didn't get infected much. with eating the animals, the germs present inside them came into the human body. as agriculture got started, and they begin to live together, these virues from animals especially, monkeys passed to humans and it got spread, but some humans gt mutated, and became resistant against such viruses.these resistant peoples became further more civilsed and began agriculture and begin to doesticte animals. thus close eestablishmet made with the livestock. thus a share with animal germs occured and likewise some of diseases like measles (by mutation of rinderpest) began to appeared in the society and caused many deaths. now with more civilization, i.e, by appearance of cities, a large population up to 500000 began to live together, thus making the germs to spread easily. from these other diseases like mumps, diphtheria, scarlet fever and whooping cough get evolved and spread and begin dominating.
