The VISION statement describes where the organization wants to be in the future and the MISSION statement describes what the company or industries need to achieve the vision.

The qualities and the way of thinking contrasts from both the vision and statements of purpose. The vision and mission state where the association is going and what it will arrive. They direct the endeavors of individuals in the association towards shared objectives. The qualities articulation characterizes what the association is required to carry on with one another.
