In this case the organisation is responsible for negligence and up to a certain extent malpractice and abatement to such unprofessional and unlawful activities such as the pending records which lead to increase in the information and thus affecting the legal rights and well-being of the patients due to negligence of the doctors. The doctors are responsible for record keeping and accuracy of the records and it is the responsibility of the organisation to oversee the quality of the work produced and the accuracy of the records that the maintain time to time. Show the quality of the record has to be maintained by the organisation by implementing certain policies and not only implementing but also regularly e following up with error checking and accountability to regular auditing and such procedures must have impact on the accountability of the medical records which are very critical in legal cases and even in cases where medical accuracy of the information could save a patient life.
