What recommendations would you share with someone who has a family history of Alzheimer’s and is concerned they might develop it at some point?

Neurocognitive disorders are irreversible in nature and once effected in continues to be in progress.As life expectancy has increased with better medical and health facilities aging population has increased and the risk of such disorders in the aging population is increasing. Their is no known treatment for neurocognitive disorders but an early intervention and prevention can stop or slow the onset of these disorders.The interventions suggested by reseraches are:
Hence,the neurocognitive disorders are best prevented by life style change,physical exercise, mental cognitive training, and healthy eating habits .
