All inventions genarally start as a trade secret of the inventor.Inventors have an instinctual desire to keep their ideas  secret. A trade secret is any valuable information that is not publicly known and of which the owner has taken resonable steps to maintain secrecy. these include information such as Bussiness,Plans,Customer Lists,Idea related to the research and development cycle.

b) Yes, there are some potential issues regarding the manufacturing of new product.

We can take our own ideas or those of others and use them to develop new products,but we will need to face some challanges such as:

• CONCEPT: The first challange to face when developing a new product is choosing a concept that has potential.
• FINANCING: Developing new products is expensive and risky.
• TEAM: A permenent team with varied expertise to evaluate and choose products,but you need speacilists once you are developing a particular product.
• DESIGN: To ensure a successfull product development ,your team has to design a product that has functionality forseen by the inventor and attractive to the target market.
• PRODUCTION: Your new product design company has to establish limits to its involvement.
• MARKETING: Carrying out the markiting plan is usually the job of your client or the company that will handle developed the product.
