in healthcare we talk about data quality and integrity from two (maybe three) perspectives: clinical, administrative, and research. Clinical data has the potential for disastrous effects if it is not correct. However, once it stops being clinical in nature and moves into one of the other two categories, poor data does not have the same potential deleterious effects. The use of administrative and research data is more forgiving, but it could still have negative effects. Even if entered correctly on the clinical side, the data may not be very useful ‘on the back end’. Describe how an organization could improve the quality and integrity of administrative and research data before it is ever entered at the patient encounter.
The organizations like health care fecilities should improve the quality and integrity of administrative and research data before it is entered at the patient encounter no one engaged in any part of health care fecility or planning today can refil to sense the changes on the horizone, however health database organizations hold considerable promise as a reasonably comprehensive source of the information need to document patterns of health care inappropriate, wastefull or potentially harmful services ,for better care of the hospitals in quality practitioners, clinics and other offices, The terms such as data from the administrative and reserch are not used in the same manner, the health care records held by health care practitioners this report address the database composed of secondary records, secondary files are generated from primary records or seperate from any patient encounter.
