1. As it is given that at d-10 the N-10 pups are 20% more heavily than R-6 pups, but at d-15 they caught up the weight in proportion to the N-10. SO it will take 15 days for R-6 pups to cover up the weight difference.
2. It is given that there is no significant difference in the composition of different groups of rats. However from the graph and the data given about the rats it is very clear that the R-6 rats are comparatively very smaller than the rest of the groups of rats. So the body composition cannot be similar in all. This is why the given conclusion is wrong.
3. We can see that the graphs are having a significant difference among the R-6 pups and the others. So it is clearly now correct.
4. It is given that the area under the curve of R-10 is significantly higher than the R-6 group. This statement is incorrect because the value of AUC is almost similar that could not lead to the different AUC.
So the data given is not in justification with the statement. However no w the answer is correct as we have analysed the data.
5. glucose tolerance: R-6 and R-16 are quite closer in terms of AUC for glucose tolerance. Similarly the AUC value of N-10 group is little higher than the R-6. So there is not much significant difference. It can be say that the Value of R-6, R-16 have a intermediate value but smaller than N-10.
6. The sentence that the “the effects of group were similar in both sexes” is irrelevant. Because the test results are not available for both sexes.
7. The sentence that The area of MBP-positive fibers in the R-16 group appeared smaller than that in the N-10 group on d60, but no significant differences could be detected is contradictory. Eithere there will be no difference in the size of the fibre or there will be significant difference in two groups.
