For each of the following seller’s remedies identify the events allowing the seller to invoke the remedy; the procedure the seller must follow, and the damages that can be recovered: a. cancellation and Withholding Delivery; b. Resale of Goods; and c. Damages for Rejection or Repudiation.

a. Cancellation and withholding delivery.
Event:The seller can invoke the remedy of cancellation and withholding the delivery upon breach of contract done by the buyer.
Procedure the seller must follow: Upon breach of the contract by the buyer the seller can avail the remedies available to him .
Damages that can be recovered: Upon rejection of the contract by the buyer the seller is entitled to be compensated on a percentage complete of the unit contract price .
b. Resale of goods .
Event: the seller can resale the goods in the event of breach of contract by the buyer since after it becomes the seller 's property .
Procedure the seller must follow:The seller upon breach of contract can taken in his posession the subject goods and can sell it to any other person.
Damages that can be recovered : Incase the seller finds that upon sale of goods he has not recovered the full damages then he can recover the same from buyer.
c. Damages for rejection or repudiation.
Event: The seller can recover the damages for rejection upon the breach of contract.
