Ans:   Minutes of the Meeting

1. Agenda:
The meeting was called to see the impact of the training on the overall performance. In essence, the purpose of the meeting was to analyse the training in the form of cost-benefit analysis by seeing the transfer of training.

2. In Attendance:
There were 8 members which were present in total which included Alex Philip( General Secretary), Tim Hooks( Revenue Manager), Dr.Simon( Training and development officer), Faisal Ahmed( Organisational Development Caretaker) and other 4 members which are functional department heads.

3. Absent:
Mr Jim Reads( CEO and COO)

4. Approval:
The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.

5. Review of previous minutes:
Review of the previous minutes and the agenda of the meeting was taken and the present meeting tried to reinforce them.

6. Main points:

° Meeting focused on the need to continue with the training.
° There was a unanimous consensus that there was a need to increase the investment in the training.
° The meeting focused on how there is a need to create a training program which would be a blend of on-the-job and off-the-job and the level of technology needed to increase its effectiveness.
