Can you please rank the exercises in order of eliciting the greatest cardiovascular stress (least to most) on an able-bodied 25-year-old male. Discuss why you chose the exercise that produces the least amount of stress and discuss why you chose the exercise that produces the greatest amount of stress.

Getting regular exercise when the you are having heart disease is important. exercise can make the persons heart muscle stronger, it may also help you be more active without chest pain or other symptoms. execise may help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol.
DEADLIFT:The deadlift is a weight training excercise in which a loaded barbell or bar is lifted off the ground to the level of the lips,torso perpendicular to the floor,before being placed back on the ground.it is one of the three powerlifting exercises,along with the squat and bench press.
BURPEE;The burpee , a squat thrust with an additional stand between reps, is a fully body exercise used in strength training and as an aerobic exercise. the basic movement is performed in four steps and known as a four count burpee. begin in a standing position, move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
THRUSTER; is a compound exercise since it uses more than one joint and combines the front squat and overhead press. thrusters require you to elevate your heart rate, thus improving your cardiovascular fitness and performance, they also help boost your metabolism and increase your muscular endurance and strength.
KETTLEBELL SWING; is a basic ballistic exercise used to train the posterior chain in a manner similar to broad jumbing. it involves moving the bell in a pendulum motion from between the knees to anywhere between eye level to fully overhead and can be performed either two-handed or using one hand .
DOUBLE UNDER; is a powerful jump rope exercise. it 's explosive, challenging, and offers a wide array of fat loss and endurance benifits that many other exercises can't compete with, and it's versatile. you bulid a lot of different workouts around this single exercise.
POWER CLEAN; The power clean is a full-body movement in which the bar is pulled from the floor and caught in the front rack position in three pulls or phases. the bar is received in the power position, with the hips higher than a full-depth squat position. the power clean can be used as a component of the clean and press or clean and jerk, but is also a valuable lifts to build explosive power and strength
