When we are approached by a company for a job we often hear from closer ones saying that it's a 'serious offer' here serious means we should pay heed to their suggestions and pay complete attention towards the offer .It is used in the context where everyone feels it's an undeniable offer .The serious in serious acceptance signifies that when a contract ,lease or any business share deals happening we must be weary about pros and cons and future outcomes and based on the calculation we should sign or set a deal .

A written contract is one that testifies the acceptance two individuals or business entities about shares ,land, borrowing money , profit sharing etc kind of things . the reasons why everyone should have a written contract are 1) it is legally binding ,hence you can sue against your partner if he cheats you 2)a written contract is usually signed in order to prevent misunderstanding and miscalculations among the people hence they ensure clarity 3)it serves as the testimony of your ownership rights 4)cyber security these days stands as a big question of doubt hence relying on written documents make sure that our contract sources are safe and they can't be altered as there will be a question of authenticity arises which is benefit to contractors 5) unnecessary disputes can be erased , payments to arbitrators can be evaded ,high jurisdiction charges can be avoided are some of the reasons .

In most of the regions we find minors not signing any contacts because the jurisdiction doesn't usually impart legal enforcement to their contracts hence they if at all want to set contracts can either respect it until the completion of the deal or can simply terminate it .The avoidance usually makes no sense because if they avoid the contract anytime they want then what will be the use of it ? And most importantly legal jurisdiction must apply on a contract in order to provide a solution if any dispute arises if not there will no use of the contract ,hence minors should only make contracts on basic necessities like food ,shelter etc since they affect so many people and are taken as public concern by judiciary.
