Ultimately shareholders are the owners of the company hence company has to fulfill shareholders needs. | All NGO's working for a social cause, like orphanage, promote education, safety, feeding people etc. All the beneficiaries are outsiders. |

Intially in my growth career I would like to start with a profit making company that would help me to earn potential savings, however in the long I would love to be a part of an NGO since I would like to contribute to the society which has helped me to earn profits in the past. So we should always pay nack to our society.
