We can say without any doubt business are not perfect. One way or another way every business have their own demerits . When they identifies their weakness only that time they will overcome all the externalities and they will improve their field. We all know consumers are more enthusiastic. they have enthusiasm for knowing what happend next. They all want to know what happened next in market. They want innovations and updation. For every business it is very important that they should know their target customer. They must know what their customer need. They have to stisfy theircustomer first. This process otherwise known as trent monitoring. According to that trent they have to innovations. They have to spend more money for research and development. An organization should do SWOT analysis that will help them to find their strength , weakness , opportunity and threats.finding the best practice is another important factor. They have to determine their correct way of business.

Understanding of all these matters verymuch important for organizational success. Consumer always would like to see changes. We can take an example of Mobile gadget. Every day the companies innovating new features and new settings to their products. We can take an example of NOKIA. Nokia was one of the major company in world . But When we critically examin the present situation of that perticular company we will wondered.Once a time they are the controller of the whole world economy. The main reason for the failiour of nokia was lack of updation. Innovations are happening on market but they still stick on their old blueprint. In this situation the customers kick out them.
