Getting into the case of Melanie and Gabriela, meditation is a good option when it comes to the resolve of a feud, but meditation is not much active because in a short-term to resolve a feud it is not much action, but in case of a long-term feud it is a great option to get in. However, in this case, neutral case evaluation is the best hue in an attempt to resolve a feud because, in the case of neutral case evaluation, the experts evaluate the whole case and telling both partners the best advice, keeping in mind the depth of the case. Therefore, neutral case evaluation is the best option for resolving the feud between Melanie and Gabriela regarding the ownership of the dog buddy.

If we see the records, we concluded that litigation is much preferable than arbitration because the arbitrator can get biased while taking the decision and can turn the tables out in one direction without considering the other direction/aspects of the other party. Therefore, litigation is a much preferable option.
