4. The client tell the contractor that what he wants the final end product and He will not tell him how to do the work. If the excepted results are not obtained Client does not accept it.
Perspective Specification:
1. It gives more scope to innovate to the contractor and supplier about the product and to adopt a cost-effective method in the work.
2. In this case also clauses, methods of construction, and composition of the concrete mix but do not define performance requirements.
3. It tells that what size of the motor is better to drive on the suction in the vacuum cleaner.
4. The client tell the contractor how to do the work like do this, do that, etc. And the client also asks the end product the same in the above case but He will accept however the result is.
