Human resources in healthcare system had a vital role such as guiding and managing the staff in their selection and training. So the human resources of healthcare determine the quality of care that provided by the healthcare system.

Each country had a different set of healthcare human resources. So they are different in functions and setup in every country.

There are many issues are also present in the human resources of healthcare. Presently the most common issue present in it is lack of adequate knowledge and training of staff members in the healthcare system. As the advancements in the technology occur the medical professional need to study or trained to implement those interventions in a proper manner. But now a days the the continuing education of staff are not properly done. This will decrease the quality of care. And also it causes many expense by destroying the equipments.

As we compare the healthcare human resources of Germany and USA the human resources are much developed and run in a systematic way in USA. In US there is no shortage of staff present but in Germany there is shortage of adequately trained staffs are present. Am
