Acetaminophen is
acombination of aspirin.acetaminophen and caffine
it is used for the temporary relief of pain from conditions such as
muscle aches,
tooth aches,menstural cramps, or headaches.
Available Dosage = 325mg x four times a day
Dose required = 250mg
The number of Acetaminophen tablets needed from stock container =
250mg x four time a day
If available dose is 325 mg
Tablets per day = 3 tablets
Dosage per dose = 1.3 = 1 1/2 (One and a half tablets)
Answer : Acetaminophen 325mg tablets divided to per dose of 250mg = 1 1/2 tablets(one and a half tablets)
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 15mg
It is used in adults for Hypotension,Shock and nasal congestion.
Available Dosage 1 ml = 10 mg
Dosage Required = 15mg
so if 1 ml = 10 mg
x ml = 15 mg
x ml = 15 x 1
------ = 1.5 ml

Chlophedianol HCL is a antitussives(cough suppressants).
Available dosage 5ml = 25mg
Dosage required = 125mg
