ans 1) Probablity sampling method is a samping method which uses some form of random selection. Some common types are simple random sampling - in this desired number is taken from the polulation. It is the easiest method. Stratified random sampling - In this population is divided in some criterias eg, gender, age, income etc and then desired number is choden from each laid stratas. Cluster random sampling - Here again the sample is divided if in case the population is too big. and then researcher decides to take or not fo each cluster.

Ans 2) Random sampling and systematic sampling - Random sampling is explained above, systematic random sampling following steps are to be carried out - Index/Number the population, set up max value - that is by no. of member in popultaion / desired no. chosen from sample. Then select random no between 1 and max value and keep on adding the max value to each no. Then that whole lot becomes desired sample.

Random sampling calculation is more easy and has fair chance of resembling to population, while systematic sampling doesnot has equal chance to reprent the population. If the researcher has limitations of chosing sample randomly he can use systematic random sampling.
