Answer

An example of misleading headline information is that about eating papaya in first trimester of pregnancy causes abortion. Actually there are studies that inteprets the relation of papaya and pregnancy. But in my day to day life I felt that the papaya not leads to abortion. It leads to a safe preganacy. But so many study findings shows that unripe papayas and green papyas have the components that act as laxatives and bring on premature labour. Papaya seeds are also rich in enzymes that cause contraction of the uterus, resulting in a miscarriage. Also it says papaya is an effective birth control remedy.

An unripe papaya fruit has high concentration of latex that can cause uterine contractions. So many studies suggests these findings. But these latex is not enough for intiating the uterine contractions. The pregnant mothers actually said that they had eaten the unripe papaya. But they were safe. No problems were developed.

Some studies shows that numerous nutrients such as carotenes, vitamins, and minerals make the papaya a true fruit, which alleviates symptoms from various gastric disorders. According to many other nutritionists, papaya seeds are actually edible and can be eaten to avail their various health benefits.

The same misleading headline also heared about pineapple and pregnancy.. In that also the studies auggests that eating pineapple in early pregnancy leads to miscarriage. But the pregnancy mothers neart to me reported that no such problems arises because of eating pineapple.
