What type of assets have little value as collateral when acquiring a bank loan?

If an entrepreneur is interested in several target markets, what must they include in the marketing plan?

Solutions

Expert Solution

A. Assers which are too old and they have very low historical cost are not having high value when acquiring the bank loan because these Assets have lost most of their value based on the depreciation and they are almost depleted.

There are other assets like various intangible assets which will be of no use while acquisition of the bank loan as these assets will be losing their entire value when the company will not have the credibility and the Liquidity upon its ends to repay the loan.

B. If the entrepreneur is interested in several target market then, they must be having a specific plan for each of the target market because they will be needing to concentrate on each of them specifically because these markets are are highly standardized and the entrepreneur need to focus upon them exclusively and specifically so entrepreneur will be trying to focus upon these markets separately and specifically in order to to gain most from the target markets at large scale and it will also help him to arrange higher money from the venture capitalist so he will be making a specific marketing plan for each of the target market customers.
