According to WTTC economic impact report 2017 visitor exports is expected to grow by 6.2 % in 2017 . UK will become cheaper destination. Domestic and outbound spend in UK will suffer. Due to higher inflation and less consumer spending, the domestic spending will fall from 3.2% to 2.6%.As pound falls outbound spending will fall by 4.2%.
Tuition fee can not be predicted as pound value will change. Students from other countries will thus avoid UK. Before exit students from Europe paid same fee at Eo universities but after exit they will have to pay like other foreigners. E students represent 6 % of 2.29 million students studying in UK. They may look for other countries. Universities or schools in remote areas of UK will suffer more.
Europeans are leaving UK. Ons figures show 117000 Edu citizens emigrated in 2016 which is 31000 more than in 2017 . THis is highest level in last 6 years. East Europeans emigrated more. Net migration has fallen to lowest level since 2014.The reasons are depreciation of pound, rise in hate crimes, refusal to guarantee European citizens to remain.
