Typhoid
It is a fever caused by Salmonella typhi bacteria.that spreads through contaminated food and water.
The outbreak is occured due to the overflow from an outdated mediocre sewage systems after heavy rainfalls with remarkable contamination of drinking water sources.
Based on the information given, what do you anticipate the challenges will be for this outbreak?
Main challenges are

Typhoid spreads by using contaminated food and water or by close contact with an infected person.
Signs and symptoms are mainly -
- high fever, headache, abdominal pain, and either constipation or diarrhea.

How does the countries’ history of economic hardship and unrest affect the problem?
It is the major reasons for the outbreak of this disease. Typhoid is mainly affected non industrialised countries where as western countries weren't affected. Meaning, poor hygiene and contaminated water resources contributed in spreading of typhoid.
Many countries are affected, usually has some socioeconomic unrest due to wars, political turmoils and so on , also worsened the situation largely.
Illiteracy is another remarkable factor behind the spread of disease.
