Cloud computing is shared pools of configurable computer system resources and higher-level servicesthat can be rapidly provisioned with minimal management effort, often over the internet. Cloud computing relies on sharing of resources to achieve coherence and economies of scale similar to public utility.

1. Software as a service: The capability provide to the consumer is to use the provider's applications running on a cloud infrastructure.

2. Platform as a service: The capability provided to the consumer is to deploy onto the cloud infrastrucutre consumer created or acquired applications created using programming languaged, services etc.

3. Infrastructure as a service: The capability provided to the consumer is to provision processing, storage, networks and other fundamental computing resources.

Advantages of saving file to cloud:

1. Usability: Cloud storage services allows users to drag/drop files between cloud storage and files storage.

2. Bandwidth: You can avoid emailing files to individual and instead send a web link to recipients through email.

3. Accessibility: Stored files can be accessed from anywhere via internet connection.

Disadvantages of saving files to cloud:

1. Usability: Moving a document from file to cloud folder will permanently remove the folder from file.

2. Bandwidth: Several cloud storage services has specific bandwidth allowance. If an organisation surpasses the given allowance, the additional charges should be significant.

3. Accessebility: If you have no internet connection, you have no access to your data.
