Explain the target or action of these anticoagulant therapies and identify what if any would be the laboratory tests which should be used to monitor the following anticoagulation therapies? Aspirin ,Coumadin or Warfarin, Heparin (LMW) ,Heparin (UFH) ,Dabigatran(Pradaxa) ,Rivarozaban (Xarelto) ,Argatroban.
Anti caogulant is the drug used to reduce the blood clot in the body. When we administered this kind of drug in the body, it supress the cloting factors in the body. Now there is need to to understand the cloting factors. Cloting factors helps in caogulation process that is changing liquid form blood to gel form and leads to blood clot.
The laboratory tests that can be used to monitor the anticaogulation therapies are
