in one page succinctly describe the arguments in favor and against the use of the following bearing surface combinations: 1) metal on plastic, 2) metal on metal, 3) metal on ceramic, in a 35 year-old patient who was involved in a car accident 2 years ago leading to a hip fracture and subsequently developed avascular necrosis of the hip (AVN) with collapse of the femoral head.

1Use of plastic: it has made lifestyle easier and cheaper for every human beings. A more faster and easier way to get things done like package, hardware, etc for daily use appliances.

Disadvantage of plastic: most imppoimpo disadvantage is its not eco feiendlf as it is non biodegradable and pollute the environment and organism are disturb by such unwanted aubstance. It even is toxic in nature .

2. Metals on metals: advantages is that it brings about more resistance to the combination like stainless steel which do not rust even after exposure to moist as it is a combination of two metal one of which is iron that rust easily when not mixed.

Disadvantage: some chemical reactions that are unknown to human boyb may be common like sometimes missing of toxic metal may lead to damage to humans.

3. Advantages of metal on ceramic is the result ed toxicity and increased viability of the product .

Disadvantages: it may lead to unwanted damage to internal organs as it may come in contact with the soft tissue
