In this exercise, you will gather data about two counties: Gwinnett County and Bartow County. Please conduct research in the following areas:

Comparability:

The questions were asked according to the ACS guidelines. Data are collected regarding computer and internet use in the continuous population survey since 1984 ACS and CPS avoid including quarters people. Both ACS and CPS data are not comparable. Because CPS asked question at personal level. Many Question used in the CPS are changed over the course of year.

Sources and accuracy:

Over a year 3. 5 million people were asked to respond to question, based on American community survey and Puerto rico community survey and emphasis on average value e of person, household and house hold unit characteristic. Measures of sampling error were measured for all estimates which comprises of ACS and PRCS published products.

MARGIN OF ERROR:

In order to contract estimate, margin of error were used in ACS. By adding margin to the total estimate forms upper bound interval formed. By subtracting margin error from the total estimate, lower bound is formed.

21.3%-0.7 =20.6 causes lower bound estimate

21.3%+0.7= 22.0% causes upper estimate
