Hi Folks, It's time we all start thinking about our health as a healthy mind is the way to success. Employees good health is of paramount importance to the comapany as we are the real assets for the company. I am writing this blog to update everyone with the current healthcare policies and managed care.

Our healthcare policies have been made keeping in mind the best practices in the industry, though this was a big ticket size item for the senior management but management always want it's employees to be happy.

Healthcare Premium

The company covers 100% of an employee’s healthcare premium and 90% of his or her dependents premiums.

Domestic partner coverage is taken care off for both same-sex and opposite sex couples.

We also plan to come up with an on-site medical clinic in next 1 month with a staff of 6 that’s free for all employees and their dependents. Includes a small pharmacy. The clinic will operate as both a primary and urgent care outlet.

Our company has also decided to keep regular health check-up camps as this improves our productivity and efficiency.

It’s part of our overall strategy. Our culture and our people are significantly important to us,While the partners and attorneys generally make higher salaries, we want to treat everyone fairly. By providing low-cost healthcare, we’re able to equate fairness with our benefit programs. Everyone should feel they have the ability to afford their healthcare.
