Introduction:

This investigation focused on the moral status of the human embryo from a Christian ethical aspect.

Theory: theories based on their action.

• The central theoretical argument : the embryo has a particular standing before God and should therefore have a special standing in the eyes of human beings.

From the initial Era, God has given the world to humanity. The world, and that does not simply mean fellow human beings, is that the human moral behaviour, discourse and humanity may order the world responsibly before this God and in relationship with him.

• The moral agency theory: the ability to distinguish between right and wrong defines the moral status of a being.
• the theory of based on sentience: the moral status of a being is defined by the ability of a being to perceive pain and pleasure and react appropriately.
• Last :the theory based on relationships is defined by ties that bind people together for example family, work, patient and doctors. This status varies depending on the way of dealing with.

Conclusion:

Jessica has a relationship to this fetus as its mother and a relationship to God . these relation provide the fetus with moral status making abortion wrong,also it gives an idea on the divine command theory, which is based on God being the creator and decides morality.
