Topic of the Blog : Should there be a reservation based on income in the educational institutions

Educational Institution is a place where we get knowledge and education.Few of the politicians and social activists are of the opinion that there should be a reservation in the educationalinstitutions based on income. This would ensure that quality education would be received by all the individuals irrespective of their income status. But is it that politicians are really thinking from social welfare perspective or is it a publicity stunt?

This is a social welfare measure. Reservation should be given in the educational institutions based on income, otherwise the education would be received by wealthy people only and the people who are economically weak are deprived of the quality education.

There should be no reservation.It will create problems for the wealthy people as they would not be able to get the desired admissions in the school.

There should be reservation given,as it would create a uniformity in the society as all the people are treated equally by the school authority in terms of getting admissions.
