The world is developing day by day in every aspects mainly in the economical aspects. That is, in every region of the developing world the number of people who lives in poverty has been decreased or declined when we compare to earlier statistics. When we analyze the latest global poverty estimates of the years in between 2005 and 2008, the percentage of people lives on less than 1.25 dollar a day and the amount of people who are in poverty line declines to a very extend.

The preliminary estimates are showing that, the sharing of people who lives in the uttermost poverty decreased,Eventhough the global financial crisis and increased food prices. In the year of 2010, the schedule of 1.25 dollar a day rate again declines on half when compared to the 1990 rate and this shows a good indication that the first millennium development goal of united nation for crossing the poverty in half is accomplished.

The liberalisation and globalisation had make an impact on the development of the poverty declining statistics to a very extend. It helps to reduce the poverty worldwide.The analysis of world bank poverty statistics are very important because, it gives us a data of the amount or number of people in poverty along the world.
