1. Option1 and 2 .

Aspirin was the NSAID ,and blood thinning medication ,it increase the blood pressure and increase the chances of stroke. Clopidogril works by blocking platelet from sticking together and prevent them forming harmful clots. Clopidogril with aspirin doesn't prevent more small strokes,may increase risk of bleeding and death . Cordrone is antiarrhythmic drug ,,helps to reduce the blood pressure ,by normalizing the heart beat. Amlodipine is the anti hypertension drug ,helps in maintaining blood pressure.

2.Cerebrao vascular accidents and hypertension.

Atrial fibrillation is an irregular and often rapid heart rate that occurs when the two upper chambers of heart experience chaotic electrical signals ,that results in fast and irregular heart rhythm. Complications of Atrial fibrillation Due to Atrial fibrillation the heart may not be able to pump the blood out properly, causing to form a abnormal blood clots. Increase the risk of heart failure , stroke .
