Answer 1

Brand loyalty is seen when customers buy the same brand of product time and time again. They must therefore have brand preference. Both brand preference and loyalty will help to sustain or improve a firm's market share.

Customers who are loyal to a brand remain customers because they believe a specific brand offer a better service and higher quality than anyone else. This happens regardless of pricing or other financial reasons. This type of customer is also more likely to try out other products from the same brand. These products might even be slightly more expensive.

Answer 2

I am personally fan of Van Huesen brand. The reason is that the customer service, quality of products offered by this brand is awesome. They focus on quality over quantity. Every item is unique and awesome. The after sales service , the promotional discounts offered on Birthdays and Anniversaries is awesome.

Answer 3

No I don't think companies force brands on consumers. Today consumers are well educated and before spending money they will weigh the pros and cons of buying a particular product. For example If I want to buy Van Huesen shirts then it's my personal choice as I like the quality, customer service and after sales services offered by Van Huesen. No body forces me and if I am disatisfied I can easily switch to competitors.Promotion through ads on social media platforms and local radio or television, coupons in local papers, flyers, and so forth can create awareness of a new business or product. Large companies often use catchy slogans to build brand awareness. But final decision is to be taken by consumer whether to purchase a particular product or not.
