Should the drinking age be changed back to 18 years or stay at 21 years, and why? Should it be older?? Younger??

INTRODUCTION
Alcoholism is a brain disease and the earlier people start drinking, the worse the effects on the brain.In a society where 18-year-olds are considered adults for most purposes and children as young as 13 are being punished as adults for their crimes, some consider keeping the legal consumption of alcohol out of range until age 21 as unfair.
Early onset of drinking before age 21 increases the risk for future alcohol abuse, automobile crashes, and assaults, among other alcohol-related problems. The evidence is clear that there would be consequences if we lowered the legal drinking age.
There is also evidence that the age 21 MLDA(Minimum Legal Drinking Age) protects drinkers from alcohol and other drug dependence, adverse birth outcomes, and suicide and homicide.

Alcoholism is a brain disease and the earlier people start drinking, the worse the effects on the brain. So minimum legal drinking age must be 21 years to avoid the maximum behavioural risks and other complications.
