The role of the European Union itself in overseeing regulation in nation (like German) within the European Union
European union plays a very important role in the development of trade, commerce in europe. It has 27 members from Europe. It has headquarters located at Brussels, Belgium. It has set standard laws which are applicable in all the member countries. EU ensures that there is free movement of people, goods, services and capital in the internal countries. The main purpose is to reduce or eliminate conflict between member countries. It has delivered strong results in peace, Harmony and stability in the Europe. The most important advantage is that the citizens of EU is that they can freely move from one country to another for employment.The EU is governed by the principle of representative democracy, with citizens directly represented at EU level in the European Parliament. The European citizens are always encouraged to give their views and opinions on the functioning of EU. They can even file complaints on the functioning of EU. EU is based on rule of law. Every act of EU has been founded on treaties. It is voluntarily agreed by all the member countries. The treaties lay down the objectives of the European union and set rules for the functioning of institutions. European union looks into following matters: Trade, food safety, transport, banking and financial services, energy, environment, etc.
