  • COVID-19 pandemic have caused millions to work from home for the first time. Employees with small children might getting the majority of their work completed at night. Others are working early and want to quit early. Some employees are starting late and working late. If everyone on team is working in different hours, you may be getting mails and messages at all hours of the day andnight.
  • Disadvantage to flextime scheduling is lack of supervision of employees who work non traditional hours.
  • Flextime will create difficulty in scheduling trainings and meetings. Flextime is also interfere in interoffice communication.
