Option d is the correct answer as

Confusion is the state of an individual being bewildered or is very unclear in his mind about something specific in objective.

Poor lighting in the environment will induce confusion in a normal individual so its impact will be very High in a confused person. It is Very difficult to get oriented in a highly disturbing environment and surrounding . So in low light and excessive noise it will contribute to increase the confusion of the individual.so option a is correct and when an individual is in a surrounding that he is unfamiliar and has furniture that are unfamiliar it will increase his level of confusion. It is as a result of this unfamiliarity . The faster he gets oriented the faster he will get get relieved from confusion . So more the familiar as well calm environment the faster the individual will get oriented and return back from confusion.

So as both option a and b are correct so the answer is Option d .

Option c is wrong as quiet music playing will help to relive confusion
