4. Windows utility that you can use to troubleshoot a Windows service that isn’t running but should be are given below:

1.) check the services status :

You have to search windows services in search bar of windows menu than check for the status which services are in running and which are not if you want to run any service that is not in running state than you can go on that service > right click on that and some options will be displayed below is the snap

This is how you will see on your system then select the otion to start any service or you can stop any service manually.

2.) Troubleshoot in clean boot state:

You can boot your system in safe mode and see if the service gets started many times windows blocks some of the microsoft services.

3.) Use system restore

See by restoring the system may the service get starts.

4.) Reset windows

If above given doesn't work than at the end you have to reset your window and take data backup

1.) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete

This will pop up some options on the screen

You can see above the task manager is there to you can just click on that and the task manager window will open and look like this

After opening task manager you can swich to details tab which is at the top bar and from here you can right click on any of the process and end it.

2.) Ctrl + shift + esc

The above command will directly open the task manager window

from here you can navigate to details tab and end task or process by righ clicking on the service shown in below snap.

3.) Windows + X (Access power user menu)

then click on task manager and you will reach to the window

next step is if you want to end any process or task you can navigate to details tab and right click on it. you will see the option show below in the snap
