Consider the following stages we’ve read about:
Of these stages, which do you find the easiest? Which is the most difficult for you? What tools, tips, and tricks can you offer peers who are weak in the area you are strong?
In all the given stages, I found the brainstorming part the easiest. This is because during brainstorm part, there is no restriction, there is no limitations, there are no parameters, there are no rules and there is no grammer or presentation involved. You can just put as many idea on the wall as you like. It is during the thesis, drafting and editing stages when these things come into playand you have to be very carefull about it but during the brainstorming part, you can do it in anyway you like.
Audience analysis is a bit difficult for me among all other stages. This is because every person has a different way of looking at things, grasping them and interpretation. It is not most likely that if somethings seems pleasant to one person will have the same effect on the other person and may the other person will not like it.That is reason I find it difficult to analyse the audience.
I think I am very strong in the revison/editing part. The simplest trick that I use during this stage is reading the drafted material again and again. Everytime while reading out load, I catch most of the grammatical mistake that were skipped earlier. At the same time I am also able to find new ways that the same sentence can be framed and look more appealing. I also take the help of thesaurus for selection of better as well as impactful words in the overall content.
