1-Body removes waste as a gas ( carbondioxiode),as liquid (urine and sweat ) and a solid.Excretion is the process of removing wastes and excess water from the body. The liquid waste is released from the body by using kidneys ,two ureters,a bladder and a urethra.Solid waste is excreted through digestive system.

There are some condition that affect the elimination of an adult such as Polyuria,Oliguria,Anuria,Dysuria.Urinary incontinence,Urinary retention,Urgency,Constipation,Diarrhoea,Fecal impaction.

As a nures identify the condition of the patient and reassure first.Assess the patient status and inform the physician.

3-Lifestyle factors are the modifieble habits and ways of life that can greatly affect overall health and well being .

Risk factor is something that increasses a persons chances of developing a disesae.

5-OSHA role is to assure the safety and health of America's workers by setting and enforcing standereds,providing training,outreach,and eduction,establshing partnership and encouraging continual process improvement in workplace safety and health.on the other hand social security functions as a social device for ensuring stable and anxiety free lives in preparatio aganist difficulties that might endanger the stability of living such as illness,injury,need of care ,unemployment,retirement nad unforseen accidents.
