I belong to the Millenial generation (Generation Y).

How is your generation characterized in our society?

A millennial generation or Millennials are the individuals born between 1980- 1994. They were progressed utilizing electronics, the Internet, and online social groups. Based on the recent DMR (Digital Marketing Ramblings) calculations, it is said that the millennial generation not only employ 18 hours per week on their cellphone but also construct 25 % of the US manpower. They are the massive generation to use an entry form for Internet shopping.

Generation Y are optimistic, determined, and achievement-oriented who are highly presumptive of their employers. They love to be on the lookout for new challenges at work and question officials on injustice done. They are specialists in technology but keep preference for family against their work. Almost all of them would love to spend time with their brothers, sisters, and cousins. They are attention-seeking characters and like to grow up in their career with appreciation and praises. Millennials also have a history of seeking better job opportunities after 2 or 3 years of employment in a firm.

Millenials are hardworkers who respect their authorities, and work for the betterment of the company without thinking of their own benefits.
