Distinguish between morality and ethics, citing the sources you considered as you define each.

Research an example of a law or precedent setting case law which was influenced by moral values or ethical standards. As you discuss and analyze this law or case law address whether this change in the law seemed to improve the moral climate or ethical standards of society.

Answer : Morality refers to the principles that are made by an individuals and upon this one's judgement is right or wrong. Eg : Always tell truth and always keep promises.

Ethics refers to the set of principles that are made by particular society. Ethics are made for particular society or institution. Eg : Respect for others, honesty, loyalty etc.

On basis of ethical standards RTI Act, 2005 was enacted in order to maintain transparency, responsibilities and duties of government organisations. This law was enacted in order to ensure ethical standards in the country. Because earlier no ethical standards were there hence there was malfunctioning of government organisations. Hence this act was inspired by maintaining ethical standards.

As RTI act , 2005 created in maintaining moral environment in the government organisations which made evolutionary changes in the society and with right of education also encouraged maintaining morality in the society.
